Despite the recognised importance of young talent (e.g. Europe 2020), it is potential still largely untapped. Even educated and entrepreneurial talent experience instability in employment. While, employers, particularly SMEs report skills mismatch and difficulties in attracting, managing and retaining young talent.

This project seeks to take an innovative multi-perspective approach to this paradoxical situation in a 15 partner consortium; comprising of a transnational, inter-disciplinary, inter-generational, gender balanced and inter-sectorial research team.

The project focuses on young talent as a key driver of future development, developed through co-operation of 3 stakeholders
