Margaret is a Communications Consultant with over eighteen years’ experience in the Communications area and is one of Optimum Limited’s subject matter experts in Communications and Personal Development areas. Her areas of expertise include; Time & Mind Management, Communications, Crisis Management, Motivating Individuals and Groups, Coaching, Mediation and Facilitation. She has the natural ability to establish and grow relationships with learners and motivate and drive a class to success.
