Induction is the company’s opportunity to outline company culture, behavioural expectations and learning requirements to new employees. It’s also an opportunity to showcase the business and presents a great opportunity to highlight the reasons that the employee should be glad they joined the company.
The Probation period is the company’s opportunity to ascertain if the employee has the correct skills to complete the role that they were hired for. Regular probation reviews ensure that the employee and the manager have the opportunity to identify and resolve any issues.
