We operate a hybrid office and remote working environment.

Experienced Payroll Specialist

The successful candidate will work within a team and will be responsible for end to end payroll processing for their own portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Processing of weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls for clients.
  • Calculating and entering all amendments either via import or manually e.g. starters, leavers, RPNS, allowances, deductions, etc.
  • Dealing with general queries by phone and email regarding, net pay calculations, VHI, pension, AVC’s, BIK etc
  • Liaising with clients regarding payroll issues.
  • Generating payslips, reports and checking balances and dispatch to clients.
  • Strict adherence to timetables for payments and ISO procedures
  • Tax Filing and Payment administration on ROS
  • Assisting with absence cover within the team

Experience Required

  • Bureau experience an advantage
  • Extensive understanding of latest payroll legislation
  • Knowledge of ROS
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – specifically Outlook and Excel
  • Highly organised, enthusiastic and motivated to provide a friendly and first-class payroll service to our clients

Education & Qualification:

  • Leaving certificate
  • IPASS qualification
  • 1 to 2 years payroll experience
