ISME has announced the launch of a new online event, a ‘Virtual Brexit Discussion’. The event, sponsored by Skillnet Ireland, will focus on providing practical advice to Irish businesses to enable them to navigate the post-Brexit environment.
The virtual discussion will be presented by Newstalk’s Business Editor, Vincent Wall and will feature a panel discussion with top experts. It will focus on a number of key issues, including: importing, exporting & customs; legal ramifications; supports; and cross-border trading.
Taking place on Tuesday 20th October at 11.00am, Vincent Wall will lead the discussion and take questions from attendees. Panellists include:
- Katy Hayward – Political Sociologist, Queen’s University Belfast & author of Bordering Brexit
- Dave Flynn, Executive Director, Skillnet Ireland
- Derek Dunne – Customs Compliance Manager, Quality Freight Group
