Richella, a Co-Founder of Sandown Business School, fondly known as ‘The Coaching People’, brings a wealth of experience from her extensive 30-year career in senior leadership roles within large multinational companies. Having held positions as Sales Director and Managing Director, Richella has honed her expertise in navigating complex business environments and driving organisational success.

With her deep understanding of Neuroscience, Ontology, Psychology, Richella co-leads Sandown Business School, an esteemed coach training school recognised for its treble accreditation across ICF, EMCC, and AC. Through transformative coaching, the school equips professionals with the skills and mindset needed to thrive in today’s dynamic business landscape.

Drawing on her diverse background, Richella day to day is all about empowering c-suite executive clients and business owners to unlock their full potential, discover their purpose and develop invaluable skills in self-regulation and team co-regulation. Her extra qualifications as a Nutritional Therapist and specialisation in Interpersonal Neurobiology, including Polyvagal Theory, further enhance her Executive Leadership, and Executive Performance Coaching practice.
