It has leveraged its growth through acquiring large stock quantities to achieve discounts for volume purchases.
ROLE
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the successful candidate will be experienced in optimizing warehousing processes and be an effective team leader. An outstanding warehouse supervisor should be dependable and have excellent organizational and time management skills. They will work closely with the Navi Wholesale team in the receipt and management of stock and the preparation of customer orders.
The Warehouse Supervisor’s daily tasks will involve ensuring efficient and accurate picking, packing, and scanning orders, you will also be expected to ensure that high standards are upheld throughout the workspace.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely picking of goods.
- Oversee and engage in the receipt and processing of warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Oversee and engage in the preparation and completion of orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
- Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation.
- Complete diary logs into inventory.
- Report any discrepancies.
- Communicate and cooperate with management and co-workers.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Communicating and coordinating with other departments
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar position
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
- Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (ideal but not essential)
- A manual handling certificate (ideal but not essential)
- A forklift license (ideal but not essential)
- Working use of English language
- A good work ethic.
