OVERVIEW

 This session will focus on working to identify the key messages from your Excel spreadsheets / models and how this information can be best collated and presented to your audience. Identifying what is the focus or requirements of your audience / consumer and how best you can deliver this impact through Excel.

COURSE OBJECTIVES:

• Business Impact: identifying what key business information or message you want to impart
• Understanding your consumers and presenting the information in a way that suits them best
• Best practice in the creation of your model or spreadsheet to ensure information is updated automatically
• Using dashboards and summaries as a presentation method
• Using visualisation where appropriate to get this message or information across to your audience
• Presenting information from Excel in PowerPoint
