Anne Reilly is founder and CEO of Paycheck Plus, Ireland’s leading payroll outsource service and The Payroll Panel, Ireland’s only specialist payroll recruitment company.

As her career pivoted from Finance and Purchasing in Multinational PLC’s to primary school teaching, her passion for payroll led her to lecturing in Irish payroll and employment law with IPASS where she spotted a niche and founded Paycheck Plus.

The Paycheck Plus team of 30 provide Irish and UK payroll services to SME’s and multi-nationals, private and public sectors, across a range of sizes and complexities in 18 different countries.

Recipients of numerous awards including Best Payroll Provider in the world, Anne has also received Businesswoman of the Year, Best Leader Award and holds a Rewards 300 position for the last 4 years.

She is a licensed practitioner in NLP, an Executive Coach and a Certified Company Director with the Institute of Directors.Her Board positions include Louth Enterprise Fund and Sullivan’s Brewing and she is a voluntary lead with ACORNS, an initiative of the Department of Agriculture, Forestry and the Marine to support rural female entrepreneurship.Leading by example Anne promotes continuous personal and professional development and is currently studying for a Masters in Business Practice with the IMI.

Living in Clogherhead, married to Seamus and with four sons, Anne relishes the opportunity to share her passion for payroll, business strategy and entrepreneurship with others.
