Termination of Employment
There are a variety of reasons why a termination of contract may be necessary. However the key factor in the event of a termination is fairness. A main area of concern for employers is the Unfair Dismissals Act 1977 – 2007 which is often invoked by an employee, via the Workplace Relations Commission, when they feel their termination was unjust.
