ISME is on the road to Cork

ISME, the Irish SME Association in partnership with Jobs.ie has today (19th February) announced that the Association will host its next Roadshow in Cork. The National Roadshows provide an opportunity for businesses to network and enjoy talks and discussions from a selection of speakers in their own locality. Admission to all of these events will be complimentary. The second event will take place on Thursday 28th February, 7.30 am – 9.00 am in the Clayton Silver Springs Hotel, Cork.

Speaking in advance of the Cork Roadshow, ISME CEO Neil McDonnell said:

 There has been huge interest from the business community in Cork in this event. With a hard Brexit looming, it’s more important than ever for Irish businesses to network, and plan for the challenges ahead. The Cork event will provide an interactive space for local businesses to share best practice, and get up-to-speed on current issues facing the SME sector.

 I encourage local business owners in Cork to come along and listen to our expert panel.”

Speakers at next Thursday’s event include ISME CEO Neil McDonnell,  Paul McMahon, Principal, McMahon Legal who will outline the implications for business of a hard or soft Brexit along with the threats and opportunities, Cork-Based Kieran D’Arcy who is a Customs Compliance /AEO Certification Specialist and Christopher Paye, General Manager of Jobs.ie.
